I'm Eric Melo, a dedicated Sales Agent serving your local area——passionate about helping everyone find the perfect home. My journey into real estate began when I purchased a small farm, an experience that shaped how I view properties every day (I enjoy touring new construction homes for fun in my spare time). Before real estate, I worked in IT support; earned a B.A. in Communication from Texas A&M University; performed in music venues; and raised St. Croix sheep on my mini-ranch. These experiences strengthened my skills in troubleshooting, communication, technical writing, technology research, bilingual Spanish proficiency, and website design. Originally from Maryland, I moved to Texas in 2006. Since then, I’ve grown connected to the community and know the area well. My hobbies include songwriting, audio production, teaching accordion/guitar, spending time with family, and exploring restaurants. I’d love to connect.
