Rod has close to 30 years of commercial real estate experience as an independent broker and State Certified General Appraiser.
Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway’s Commercial Division, Rod was an independent broker for over 20 years representing buyers and sellers and a fee appraiser for close to years. He has experience with a full range of commercial properties over an 18-county area including Harris County.
His experience as a broker and appraiser combine to provide for a superior level of understanding of the motivations of buyers and sellers and the expectations of lenders as well as the nuances of each property type that create functionality and value.
Being an Associate Broker at “BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY, COMMERCIAL DIVISION” will complement Rod’s personal abilities with what John McFarlin, the company’s VP of Commercial Services calls “Berkshire Hathaway’s existing tradition of superior Integrity, diversified locations, state of the art tools and exceptional leadership”.
