Melanie has always had a passion for real estate; her corporate career and customer relationship experience really enables her to provide clients with a highly effective real estate experience. Melanie’s focus on marketing and communication, coupled with her integrity, knowledge, and empathy to client’s needs, provides a refreshingly honest and intelligent approach to her client’s property transactions, working with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and settlement providers. Melanie and her family moved from the UK to Canada, before establishing her base in the US giving her a full understanding of the global market. Melanie is used to city living, country living, and everything in between; making space for her dogs and occasional rescue foster pups. Melanie's experience in real estate includes, buyers and sellers, land purchases and rentals spanning the Houston Metro and beyond.
