Stephany Winegar believes that the client is top priority. For almost 20 years she has worked in the apartment industry. Ultimately becoming a Regional Supervisor and overseeing 13 apartment communities from Clear Lake to Galveston. During her successful career she spent her time fostering strong teams within her staff and teaching them the importance of finding their clients a place to live. “Home is where the heart is and having the gift of empathy allows me to better understand and share the feeling of my clients and what they are looking for in a home.” she claims.
She was raised in the Clear Lake area, graduated with a Bachelors in Business from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She has three children and loves anything that has to do with the water. As a result, she decided to make Tiki Island her home. Her mother told her years ago, if you’re lucky enough to have a house by the water, you are lucky enough.
