Among my network of US agents, I am considered the Black Ops Realtor of West Virginia. As a Marine Veteran, retired police Lt. Commander, and former Department of Defense Terrorist Scenario Planner, you can see why I sort of adopted that name. I started in the residential space and became our office top producer. I found that most of my contacts were in the commercial arena. I didn't want to be known as a resi-mercial agent, so I jumped in with both feet into the commercial arena. I'm presently pursuing my CCIM designation and Broker. It has thus far been an interesting journey and transformation, from handcuffs to contracts, however, I love it.
