Seth Task has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005 and is currently with BHHS Professional Realty, home of The Task Team. Over nearly two decades, his team has closed over 2,000 residential and commercial transactions serving over 50 local communities throughout the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area. He has played and continues to play active roles in local, state, and national REALTOR® associations as an industry leader. Mr. Task served as President of the Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS® in 2014 and Ohio REALTORS® President in 2021. At the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), chaired both the Federal Financing & Housing Policy and the Conventional Financing committees, has served on the Board of Directors since 2016, and currently serves on the NAR Extended Leadership team as the Public & Federal Issues Liaison. He was honored with selection into NAR’s Leadership Academy Class of 2015 and received the 2017 Ohio REALTOR® of the Year award.
