Licensed since 1996 I originally worked in the Annapolis/Baltimore/Wash DC metro area from 96' to 2006. After relocating with my family to Columbus OH I became licensed with the State of Ohio in 2009. I love working with Buyers to find the perfect home as well as helping Sellers through the entire sales process from staging their home and doing any wise updates to marketing it using all the latest technology. I pride myself on being available to my clients via phone easily and quickly, just ask any of my previous clients and they will tell you getting my voicemail is a rare occasion. Not to say I don't try and balance my family time and my career but having been on the other end of a business transaction where you can't get a live person for quick answers I never want my clients to have that frustration! I don't believe real estate transactions have to be a win-lose proposition. My goal is to sit at the closing table with both parties happy and I work hard to achieve that goal!
