I love what I do and you will feel it! Let's face it! When you hire a realtor, whether it is buying or selling, you are entering a relationship. It might be 2 months, or it may last as long as a year. Be careful to choose a realtor you not only trust and who has documented success, experience and happy clients but make sure you like them. Are they always available? Do they communicate in a positive fashion where other realtors, banks and title companies like to work with them? Do they have strong negotiating skills and most importantly - hire someone who has your back. There are many strategies in this market that get sellers more money in their pocket and help buyers "win" the home when competing with multiple offers.
