Carolyn Zasada is a combat-decorated Marine Corps veteran. She became involved with real estate in 2008 as a rental property manager, renting out her own homes as she moved from one duty station to another around the United States and the world. After completing her B.S. in Economics at Northern Illinois University, and her M.A. in Public Policy and Administration at Northwestern University, Carolyn now serves on DeKalb’s city council as 1st Ward Alderman. Carolyn also serves on the Lt. Governors Military and Economic Development Commission. These experiences leave Carolyn uniquely poised and aware of the conditions the Real Estate market faces.
