A lifelong resident of Saint Joseph, Lonnie spent 10 years as a member of Carpenter’s Local Union 110 and serving the United States Air Force through the Missouri/Kansas Air National Guard as a Civil Engineer before venturing into real estate in 2012. Lonnie’s technical expertise in Commercial and Residential Construction as well as an Engineering background translates well to the Real Estate market.
Lonnie is a Certified Journeyman in the Carpentry trade and as a Senior Master Sergeant in the Air Force has achieved many awards overseas and abroad for Leadership and Assertiveness. With his business acumen, negotiating tenacity, and engineering mindset, Lonnie is a front-runner in the real estate industry.
