I moved to the Wood River Valley in 1969 upon graduating from Lehigh University. By 1973, I had become a licensed realtor and a partner of Ketchum Realty, a leading local real estate company, at that time. Subsequently I affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway Sun Valley as an Associate Broker, enjoying the association of some of our valley’s most accomplished real estate professionals. During my 50-year real estate career, I have had the opportunity of participating in the marketing of some of the premier land developments of other local developers. Leaning on those experiences, I have personally owned or structured significant developments in this area primarily involving complex annexations, namely the Preserve at Colorado Gulch and presently the 4-phase, 205 lot Strahorn Subdivision in Bellevue.
