A long-time resident of the Wood River Valley, Pam Rheinschild came to ski for a season before law school after graduating from California State University-Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance. They say about Sun Valley “you come for the winters and stay for the summers”, and after that first year in the mountains, Pam made Sun Valley home in 1985. With a background in commercial leasing, construction, and property management in Southern California, Pam joined the local real estate community after earning her Broker’s license, GRI designation, and Certified Residential Appraisal license. For nearly 25 years Pam has assisted buyers, sellers, and homeowners with an emphasis on luxury residential and recreational properties throughout the Wood River Valley.
