Karen is a Wisconsin native with a strong background in real estate, project management, and business leadership. She began her career in 2003 in Tennessee, where she successfully marketed resort properties for over a decade. She later co-owned a company in Colorado, managing commercial modular building projects for clients ranging from small businesses and churches to government sites, schools, and nuclear facilities. Karen oversaw more than 1,000 projects, guiding them from bare land to completed structures with occupancy certificates—often under tight timelines and across diverse budgets. Now back in her home state, Karen assists buyers and sellers with both commercial and residential real estate transactions. She is known for strong negotiation, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to achieving win-win results. Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA, and enjoys family time, motorcycling, hiking, kayaking, baking, oil painting, and writing.
