As a commercial real estate broker, Gina has successfully negotiated deals for a wide range of clients, including investors, developers, and business owners. Prior to becoming a real estate Broker, Gina was a paralegal for 24 years specializing in business, corporate and real estate law. Her vast experience enables her to identify potential problems and take measures to avoid or resolve them quickly. Having lived in southeastern Utah for the past 20 years, Gina understands the growing residential market.
