Jill Snyder is a commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience serving clients across Utah. She began her career in 1998 with Commerce Real Estate Solutions, where she participated in more than 200 transactions. In 2015, she joined Newmark and closed more than $160 million in sales and leasing across multiple asset classes. Jill specializes in multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land, and investment sales with deep market knowledge of Summit, Wasatch, and Salt Lake counties. Her project experience includes Quarry Village, Holiday Village, Redstone, Lower Main Street, Toll Creek Village, and Kimball on Main. She serves on the CCIM Utah Chapter Board as Sponsorship Chair and is active in the Park City and Heber City Chambers of Commerce.
