Kim serves buyers and sellers across Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis Counties with a client-focused approach, deep local knowledge, and over 21 years of experience. A Salt Lake City native and Utah State University graduate in Organizational Communication, she brings strong negotiation skills, enthusiasm, and care to every transaction. Since joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties in 2005, Kim has built lasting relationships through honesty, hard work, and personalized service. She’s a full-time Real Estate Broker and active community volunteer, supporting the Utah Food Bank and causes related to human and animal rights. Married to her college sweetheart for over 30 years, Kim is a proud mom and grandmother.
