As an experienced Realtor, my goal is to first understand you, your needs, and your goals. That is why I use a “client-focused listening approach”, which has served both me and my clients well. I specialize in working with clients to maximize their return on their home and/or property investment as well as helping them and others meet their home/property buying dreams and goals. I utilize my extensive experience and knowledge to guide clients throughthe various moving parts of each transaction. I work individually as well as with a team, which was the highest producing team in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices YSU office in 2023. I grew up in Durham and have the benefit of living in various places in the US which gives me a unique view of how people see our community. My husband, Steve and I moved back to Durham in 2002, where we have raised our two children and are committed to our roots here.
